Jake’s philosophy is simple: train smarter, not more, and use consistency to drive long-term results.

Not at all. Many clients start with little experience or after long breaks from fitness. Jake adjusts everything — volume, intensity, and movement selection — to your current level. The goal is progression, not perfection.

Each training session is 50 minutes, designed for busy people who want efficient, structured workouts without wasting time.

Mercer Performance offers three levels:

One-Off 50-Minute Session

A single, tailored workout — perfect for technique tune-ups, program refreshes, or getting a taste of Jake’s coaching style.

Monthly Training Package (4 Days/Week)

Progressive programming, structured strength cycles, and weekly accountability check-ins.

Full Performance Package (5 Days/Week + Nutrition + Tracking)

Our most complete option:

  • 5 structured training days

  • Monthly nutrition review

  • Progress tracking

  • Habit coaching and consistency systems

  • Priority support

You’ll receive specific adjustments & recommendations tailored to your goals.

Visible strength and body composition changes typically happen between 4–8 weeks, depending on consistency and nutrition.

Jake adapts the program to what you have.

Yes — you can upgrade or adjust your program at any time. Training needs change; your plan should too.

Yes. Jake offers both:

  • In-person sessions

  • Virtual sessions via video

  • Hybrid coaching

  • Fully remote training programs with weekly check-ins

Sessions can be rescheduled up to 24 hours in advance. Monthly or full-package programs can be paused for injury, travel, or major schedule changes with prior notice.
